Floating Service Specialist | Kalos Residential | Road-Based | Competitive Pay + Full Travel Coverage

• You hit the ground running every time — no warm-up period 

• You hold yourself to a high standard without being told to 

• You can handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry — all of it 

• Travel 90%+ of the time sounds like an opportunity, not a dealbreaker 

• You take pride in quiet, consistent, excellent work 

You'll need: 

• Significant hands-on multifamily maintenance experience 

• EPA 608 and CPO certifications (required) 

• Experience managing turns and preventive maintenance at 100+ unit properties 

• Valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs.
