You will review physician documentation, identify ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes using Solventum (3M), and complete audit reports. You will mentor clients on coding and compliance, perform peer reviews, and ensure services stay current with industry standards while maintaining a 98% accuracy target.
