Location (Primary Location for JobResponsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 SouthMarietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060. Job Summary Ensures that the campus community receives appropriateelectronic access privileges in a timely manner while adhering toapplicable security protocols. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for granting, removing, and troubleshooting of theelectronic door access systems via system interface
2. Works closely with the Campus Services Customer Service Centerfor elevated door access concerns
3. Supports the department in generating user access lists and lockaccess logs upon request from department heads, deans, chairsand/or designees
4. Provides support for annual audit on door access privileges asassigned
5. Assists in the development and maintenance of door accessstandards, policies and procedures
6. Assists with system and data updates, door access systemupgrades and other designated door access systems projects

Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Technical or Associates degree from an accredited institution ofhigher education or associated institution in related field or anequivalent combination of relevant education and/orexperience Required Experience One (1) year related experience Preferred Qualifications Preferred Experience Previous higher education experience Customer service experience Previous experience with IT help desk or customer servicesupport Previous experience with electronic access systems Educational Requirements An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institutionof higher education in a related field Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

ABILITIES

Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meetingassigned deadlines

KNOWLEDGE

Experience with one or more electronic access control systems,particular experience with SALTO System, Onity Integra and LenelOnGuard are preferred
