WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay : We offer our Lead Generation Specialist performance-based pay , giving you the ability to control your income while building real-world sales and communication skills.

Schedule : This position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with employees meeting at a central location before heading into the field.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our full-time or part-time Lead Generation Specialist, you'll connect with your team before heading into your assigned service area, where you'll engage homeowners face-to-face, confidently introduce our services, and identify potential opportunities. You'll spark conversations, build trust, and set qualified inspection appointments while accurately capturing each interaction in our CRM.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Presentable and professional when interacting with homeowners
• Basic technology skills and ability to use CRM systems

Experience with door-to-door sales or lead generation is a plus!
