Trillium Staffing is seeking a CNC - Lathe Machinist for a direct hire opportunity with a stable, long-standing machining company.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime as needed, Fridays). Pay: $25–$35/hour.

CNC - Lathe Machinist Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC lathe machines (tooling, fixtures, materials)
• Program and operate CNC lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and technical drawings
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot machining issues and reduce downtime
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work Environment & Benefits:

• Direct hire position (no contract period)
• First shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM with overtime opportunities, especially Fridays.

CNC - Lathe Machinist Requirements:

• 3–4+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist or CNC Machinist
• Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Ability to use precision measuring tools
• Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Reliable attendance is required
