Customer Service Representative

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative in Sacramento, CA to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.
- Support service and operations with timely, accurate administrative work.
- Build clean records that protect the business.
- Drive process improvement in daily workflows.
- Be the dependable partner the team can count on. Responsibilities:
- Manage service contracts, renewals, and customer records.
- Process work orders, invoices, and billing handoff.
- Support dispatch and scheduling as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Field customer calls and route to the right team.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and accounting.
- Identify and drive process improvements.
- Support reporting and recordkeeping. Compensation and Logistics:
