Seeking a full-time medical front desk coordinator for an internal medicine and weight loss medical practice located in Gilbert, AZ. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude to join our team.
As a front desk coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients
Check patients in and out
Triage patient needs
Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
Collect payments
Scan, fax, and file documents
Perform general front office duties
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
Preparation for patient appointments, chart prep, requesting records, forms, etc.
Answer incoming calls and respond to messages in a timely manner
Skills
Proven working experience as a medical receptionist
Proficiency in electronic health records and Email
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
High School Diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
