Regional Growth & Partnerships Manager

Description Location: Neighbors Emergency Center - Baytown, Crosby, Kingwood, Pasadena & Pearland Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer Summary The Regional Growth Manager is a critical member of the marketing team and is responsible for achieving and surpassing volume growth goals and go-to-market efforts across assigned regions. This position is responsible for delivering marketing ROI, which includes but is not limited to, strategies aimed at growing patient volume, delivering commercial business development partnership opportunities, working with facility staff to develop sustainable continuum of care patterns with community healthcare providers and building positive brand recognition for Altus Community Health and its family of health care brands. In collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, affiliated and external physician and community leaders the Regional Growth Manager will work to identify volume and service-line growth opportunities, understand competitive dynamics and create dynamic strategies that achieve and exceed annual goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Utilize consultative sellingskills to cultivate win-win relationships with key referral sources to drivepatient volume to facilities Support Develop and executeprograms to meaningfully engage with prospective and current patients togenerate self-referrals Act as a brand ambassador andcommunity liaison to build reputation in and connection to the communities weserve Work collaboratively with brandteams to execute local marketing campaigns Successfully execute productlaunches (e.g. promotion, education, etc.) to meet regional goals Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information to ensure local marketing activities areeffective and efficient Act as marketing liaison toregional staff. Facilitate and grow relationshipwith facility and regional staff Other Job Functions Achieve sales visit goals as assignedweekly Maintain and mine thereferral/contact database Continually update competitor maps Provide weekly/monthly reportingas assigned Attend staff meetings or othercompany sponsored or mandated meetings as required Travel to all facility locations within assign regionPerform additional duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Altus Community Healthcare
