Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of practice experience in workers' compensation defense and a portable book of business. Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia and DC. Maryland also preferred. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
