Inside Sales, National Accounts Rep

We are seeking to hire an Inside Sales, National Accounts Rep to join us at our headquarters in Bow, NH and help drive our momentum forward into the national account space. We're excited to bring someone on board who's ready to be the go-to contact for product knowledge and order management, helping us take these partnerships to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Closes transactional sales opportunities within the national accounts space
• Serves as a knowledgeable resource for customers, communicating product information clearly and confidently
• Fields inbound calls and responds to general product questions
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships to uncover additional sales opportunities
• Shares relevant sales opportunities and updates with customers
• Prepares customer quotes and processes orders and credits accurately and on time
• Initiates RMAs, credits, and adjustments, and provides initial support on field-related issues
• Partners with Purchasing to help establish product pricing parameters
• Manages time effectively to meet project timelines and deliver information promptly
• Collaborates closely with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Documents sales activity and opportunities to maintain an accurate pipeline
• Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders
• Represents Coastal professionally, building strong, collaborative customer relationships

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• General understanding of lumber products preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related systems
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Adaptable, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities

Education

• College degree or equivalent job-related work experience

On Site Location Requirement: The Inside Sales Representative works in office, Monday through Friday, at our location in Bow, New Hampshire.
