At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we're looking for a dedicated Instructor / Clinical Coordinator who thrives in both classroom and clinical environments.
In this role, you'll serve as a mentor, educator, and role model, guiding students as they transition from learning to real-world clinical practice.
What You'll Do
- Deliver and support clinical curriculum content aligned with program standards
- Mentor and supervise students in clinical settings, ensuring hands-on learning success
- Promote student achievement, confidence, and professional development
- Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to enhance training and outcomes
- Serve as a key resource and role model for students entering the field
- Support a positive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in a related field (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- RDCS or RCS certification (required)
- RVT or RVS certification (a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional sonography experience
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings (preferred)
- Teaching experience (didactic or clinical) is a plus—but not required
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring
