Inside Sales – Insurance

Pay: $18–$24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Experience: 3+ years required
Bilingual: Preferred

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales – Insurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service skills, experience working with insurance products, and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and other prospecting activities.
• Contact prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs and sales opportunities.
• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options.
• Provide quotes and help customers select coverage based on their individual needs.
• Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including auto, home, renters, life, and other available products.
• Consistently follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and grow existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within agency systems.
• Meet established sales, activity, and customer-service goals.
• Assist customers with general policy questions and account needs.
• Follow all applicable insurance regulations, licensing requirements, and agency procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant insurance sales experience required.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Ability to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Pay range: $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience.
