Competitive Pay: Hourly plus commission Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Pet Insurance 401k with 4% company match PTO, Paid Holidays, Paid Wellness Time Company-provided truck, phone, iPad, and uniforms Employee discounts Tool program Continuous education and training to help you grow in the trade What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers’ homes Perform maintenance and service on air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and recommended solutions Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations Deliver a great customer experience while representing the Radiant brand What You Need 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years) Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors EPA Certification and TDLR license required If you’re an HVAC technician who takes pride in solving problems, helping homeowners, and being part of a team that actually enjoys what they do, Radiant might be the place for you.
