Field Service TechnicianPosition at FESCO Field Service Technician Nashville, TN Pay: $30-50/hour *** $2,000 sign-on bonus ***FESCO is hiring Field Service Technicians responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen & refrigeration equipment at our customer locations. Our Technicians also provide preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and respond to emergency service calls on equipment including ovens, fryers, steamers, warmers, dish cleaning equipment, walk-in freezers, reach in coolers etc.Job Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cooking & refrigeration equipmentTreat customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalismComplete service calls in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively with customers, manager, dispatcher, and salesParticipate in on-call rotation scheduleIdentify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accountsMaintain service vehicleOrder parts and complete required paperworkAttend training sessionsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Previous experience cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC equipment service (or related military) experienceStrong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skillsExtremely strong customer communication skills100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organizedMaintain a good personal appearanceCompletion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.Must be at least 18 years of ageBenefits of Joining Our TeamMedical & Dental Insurance CoverageOptional Short Term Disability CoverageLong-Term Disability Coverage, plus optional Life and Vision InsurancePaid time off for Vacations and Holidays401 (k) Retirement Plan with Company matchCompetitive starting hourly rateAbout FESCO FESCO is the premier provider of equipment service for the foodservice industry.
