Job Description Full‑time Store General Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash control, and customer relations. Key responsibilities include: Staffing and training management. Paperwork, cost controls, and cash control. Food management and menu presentation. Schedule adherence and operational compliance. Customer service and customer relations management. Attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work. Store cleanliness and maintaining a perfect image. Marketing initiatives and profitability. Qualifications General job duties applicable to all store team members, which a General Manager must enforce and perform as needed, include: Operating all equipment. Stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Preparing and assembling products. Receiving and processing telephone orders. Taking inventory and completing required paperwork. Cleaning equipment and facility daily. Orientation and on‑the‑job training. Communication skills – written instruction, verbal customer and coworker interaction. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accurate monetary change handling. Entry of orders using computer keyboard or touch screen. Motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for precise movements. Physical and Environmental Conditions Work environment includes varying temperatures, hot surfaces (up to 500°F), moving mechanical parts, exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust, and the need for walking, climbing, and carrying heavy loads.
