Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Spring, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Work Setting: On-site

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support customers by providing technical product solutions, preparing quotations, and managing the sales process from inquiry through order completion. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Resolve customer service issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Support account growth and help achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities.
• Comfortable explaining technical products and solutions.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or power generation industries is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
