Compensation:

$125,500 - $216,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their home-buying decisions.
• Collaborate with the lead agent to understand client needs and tailor property showings accordingly.
• Maintain a detailed schedule of showings, ensuring punctuality and preparedness for each appointment.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information about each property, including neighborhood insights and market trends.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by actively listening and addressing their questions and concerns.
• Utilize our proven systems to track client interactions and follow up consistently, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• Stay informed about local real estate market developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.

• Proven track record of managing schedules and appointments efficiently, demonstrating punctuality and preparedness.

• Familiarity with the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, GA real estate market or willingness to quickly gain local knowledge.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records of client interactions and property showings.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client experiences.

• Proficiency in using technology and real estate software to track client interactions and market trends effectively.
