Compensation:

$125,300 - $292,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage actively in our comprehensive training sessions to master real estate fundamentals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective client acquisition strategies and build your personal client base.
• Conduct property showings, providing insightful guidance to potential buyers and sellers to facilitate informed decisions.
• Manage and oversee real estate transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
• Develop and maintain a consistent daily routine that fosters long-term productivity and income growth.
• Utilize our proven systems to streamline your workflow, allowing you to focus on client relationships and business development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive environment that encourages accountability and shared success.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and transaction management.
