This is a full-time position focused on providing high-quality mental health services through a virtual platform, allowing you to offer care from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. Working remotely, our counselors utilize a telehealth framework that offers flexibility and convenience for both professionals and patients. While the standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, candidates should be prepared for occasional evening shifts and minor adjustments based on patient needs. This arrangement allows our team to maintain a healthy work-life balance while effectively responding to the evolving demands of mental health care.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological status and needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that are aligned with each patient's unique diagnosis and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting emotional healing, personal development, and the acquisition of effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and allied healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention support and manage mental health emergencies effectively.
\n
• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, ensuring compliance with both legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in professional development activities, including case conferences and team meetings, to enhance practice and skills.

• Stay informed about the latest research, treatment methods, and regulations in the mental health field to continuously improve service quality.

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health concerns. You will have the privilege of working with individuals facing challenges related to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and more, providing care that respects and responds to their unique experiences and backgrounds.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• You must hold a current and valid state license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
\n
• Competent in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and related technological tools for documentation and care delivery.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy, with proficiency in adapting therapeutic approaches based on client needs.

• Strong crisis intervention skills demonstrated through previous roles or training.
