Location: Jacksonville and Within 1.5 Hours of surrounding areas

Compensation: $20/hour + commission & bonuses ????

What We’re Looking For:- Self-motivated and career-minded go-getters! ????
- A high level of Communication Skills
- Experience with numbers, outside sales, construction, or design is a plus—but not required!
- A passion for learning and a drive to succeed! We want someone humble, hungry, honeable, and hard-working. ????
- Availability for 5 PM and Some Saturday appointments is required.
- Motivated to find self generated Lead Sources (They also pay almost double the commission)
???? Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships and make lasting connections!
???? Follow-Up Magic: Provide consistent communication from initial contact to closing!
???? Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our offerings to wow customers with your expertise!
???? CRM Superstar: Document info, track daily traffic, and assist with sales reports!
???? Qualify & Estimate: Identify client needs and create detailed proposals that impress!
???? Negotiate with Flair: Understand design principles and close those deals!
What You Can Expect:???? Company Mileage Reimbursement or Car at senior level.
