Experience: Minimum of 24 months in ICU with recent experience in the last 12 months

License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days

Certifications: BLS and ACLS from approved vendors

Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice Driver's license to verify residency ICU skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months

Description: Navy scrubs are required. Varied weekends and holidays scheduled, no guaranteed hours. Candidates must be residents of states outside of Arizona. Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process. Candidates must be available to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and are not permitted during the first week of assignment. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in and specify departments they are experienced in. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Travel experience is highly preferred. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
