Assistant General ManagerTabernacle Steakhouse is an upscale restaurant, featuring a thoughtful menu inspired around local and seasonal ingredients.As a Manager at Tabernacle Steakhouse, you will directly work with the front of house team to ensure service to our guests that is warm, knowledgeable & noticeable appreciative. We are looking for candidates that are ready to hit the ground running, lead by example and are hands on with a sense of hospitality. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure restaurant standards are followed, implement SOP's and training guides for onboarding front of house staff.This is a full time position and requires flexible schedule availability.Requirements:Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industryPassion for food, beverage, and hospitalityDesire to learn and growCommitment to excellencePositive attitudeAbility to work well within a large teamExcellent personal presentationAbility to communicate with members of the kitchen and dining room teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAt least 3 years experience in upscale diningTabernacle LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
