Learn more at and on LinkedIn and X.The People Operations Coordinator, Manufacturing is responsible for delivering operational HR support and workforce training coordination for manufacturing employees across the Chelmsford manufacturing site. This role helps ensure employees have an exceptional experience from their first day through ongoing development while supporting manufacturing workforce readiness, training compliance, operational excellence, and long-term site growth.The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and adaptable, with a passion for employee experience and continuous improvement. This person thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes ownership of projects, proactively solves problems, and helps employees navigate HR processes while supporting workforce readiness and site growth initiatives.What You'll DoOnboarding & New Hire ExperienceCoordinate all aspects of manufacturing employee onboarding, including pre-boarding, orientation scheduling, first-day logistics, training plans, and new hire follow-up.Partner with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.Support new hire orientation sessions and ensure employees receive the information, resources, and guidance needed to succeed.Track completion of onboarding requirements, training milestones, and qualification activities.Training Coordination & Workforce ReadinessCoordinate training programs.Support training validation, qualification tracking, certification processes, and ongoing employee development documentation.Maintain accurate training records, onboarding checklists, and related workforce readiness materials.Employee Support & EngagementServe as an employee ambassador and first point of contact for general HR, onboarding, and training-related questions.Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling employee information.Gather employee feedback and partner with leadership to improve the employee experience.Process Improvement & Program ScalabilityIdentify opportunities to improve HR, onboarding, and training processes.Assist in developing standard work, job aids, SOPs, and onboarding guides.Support implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.Help scale HR and training programs as the site’s workforce grows.Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.Required QualificationsUS Citizenship RequiredHigh School Diploma Required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred1–3 years of experience in HR, training coordination, employee onboarding, operations support, or administrationExperience using HRIS systems (Workday preferred) & Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational and project coordination abilitiesStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownershipAdaptable and resourcefulPassion for helping employees succeedFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
