Job Summary

You will play a key role in delivering patient-centered care while building strong clinical expertise in acute care nursing.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in New Mexico or Compact License (Required)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited program
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience (Required)
• Current BLS Certification (Required upon hire)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Med-Surg and telemetry patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for treatment planning
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

• $67,000 – $85,000 annual salary
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)
