Position: ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN)
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Schedule: Full-time • Flexible shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor critical conditions
• Administer specialized treatments and medications, documenting all care accurately
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and collaborate with the care team
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care
• Support cardiac service expansion initiatives to provide comprehensive community care

Qualifications:

• Active NM RN license
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire
• 1 year ICU experience preferred; 1 year in any nursing department is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $74,880 – $100,000 annually
