On-site Hospitality AV Technician - Event Specialist

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This role reports to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology. Responsibilities include equipment setup, operation and breakdown, on-site client support, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating with staff and vendors to ensure seamless events.
