The Undersea Technology Portfolio, within SPA's Sea, Land, & Air Division, conducts rigorous and objective analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions, plans, and strategies to deliver emerging technologies and warfighting capabilities. We support clients across the undersea, naval special warfare, and expeditionary warfare enterprises, including those within resourcing and requirements, acquisition, and science and technology.SPA is seeking an engineer to support NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office.ResponsibilitiesProvide engineering and technical support for Naval Special Warfare systems and programs, including assisting with system integration, testing, troubleshooting, configuration updates, documentation development, data analysis, and coordination with government engineers and fleet stakeholders. Support engineering reviews, track technical issues, contribute to system lifecycle activities, and ensure alignment with applicable Navy standards and program requirements.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and 3–5 years of relevant engineering experienceExperience supporting system testing, integration, or technical analysis in a DoD or Navy environmentProficiency with engineering documentation, technical tools, and problem‑solving in a structured systems environmentActive DoD Secret clearanceDesired QualificationsExperience supporting Navy systems, training systems, or fleet operational commandsFamiliarity with systems engineering processes, configuration management, and requirements trackingBackground with test planning, data collection, or technical evaluation of complex systemsPay Range InformationAt SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent.
