We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our HR/Recruiting Support Team! You will be responsible for onboarding, administrative support and some light Human Resources duties. Some training will be available. Please review the details below and apply if you are local to the Pearland area and interested. This is a fulltime "onsite" job. 8-5pm Mon-Fri.

• Handling Unemployment disputes with States
• E-Verify experience is desired
• Background checks
• Onboarding new hires
• Docusign knowledge
• Knowledge of hiring and experience with onboarding employees into company systems
• Adobe, Excel, word, outlook

Requirements:

• High School diploma - College Degree preferred
• Previous experience in HR or Recruiting/Staffing or related preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our Corporate office is 5 people. A quiet family environment, the perfect candidate must thrive and be productive in this type of environment. The ability to work independently and be self-motivated is an absolute must.
