Your Opportunity: Trust Assistant

Our Wealth Management team helps clients protect what matters most. As a Trust Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting that workpartnering with Trust Advisors to manage client accounts, ensure accuracy, and deliver a high level of service. You'll be part of a collaborative team, handling a wide range of responsibilities that require attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

What You'll Do

Support Client Relationships & Service

• Maintain confidentiality while delivering a high level of professionalism
• Support client service needs, including account updates, bill pay, and disbursements
• Assist with client communication and correspondence

Manage Account Administration

• Open and close trust accounts and ensure proper asset registration and distribution
• Support administration of trusts, estates, agencies, custodial, IRA, and pension accounts
• Assist with probate and estate processes, including asset inventory, appraisals, and annual reviews
• Partner with Investment Services on account updates and rebalancing

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

• Process account activity and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with residence visits and provide backup support to Advisors
• Handle daily operational tasks and additional administrative responsibilities as needed

You'll be successful in this role if you bring a strong mix of attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized
• Comfort working across multiple systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow through independently
