IT Support Technician
Virtual Vocations Inc
Working remotely full-time from Sunday to Thursday, 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm EST, the Support Technician will engage with clients to understand their technology needs, propose solutions, and ensure the smooth operation and security of IT infrastructure while performing tier I and II support responsibilities. Key responsibilities Communicate with clients to assess their technology needs and provide effective solutions Monitor and maintain computer and network operations, ensuring backup and recovery functions are performed regularly Implement and support the integrity and security of technology and data, including compliance with PCI standards Required qualifications Proven experience in IT technical support, specifically tier I and II Strong knowledge of server and network troubleshooting, including firewalls and VLAN configuration Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Windows Server and Office 365 Experience with virtualization technologies, particularly VMWare Understanding of DHCP, DNS, and IP protocols Virtual Vocations Inc
