Duties: Provide in-home therapy visits. Assist patients with prescribed physical therapy treatment plans. Support patients in improving mobility and functional abilities. Monitor patient progress during therapy visits. Communicate patient status and progress with the supervising Physical Therapist. Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
