Manufacturing/Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting assembly operations, ensuring smooth production flow, and maintaining quality standards. Your responsibilities will include assembling products at various assembly lines, providing parts to assembly machines, completing daily task documentation, transporting finished goods to storage, organizing workstations, and performing other essential duties as needed. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components on multiple assembly lines

• Supply parts to machinery to ensure continuous production

• Complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently

• Transport assembled products to the inventory area

• Maintain an organized and clean workstation

• Assist with additional tasks to support manufacturing operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Basic numerical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Excellent teamwork skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

• 2nd Shift: 2:45 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $14.50 to $15.50 per hour
