San Marcos Toyota has more than doubled in size over the last 5 years and we are seeking hard working and customer service focused team members for our new and used vehicle sales department.  No prior automotive sales experience is required.  Candidates must have a very strong customer service mindset, be prepared and capable of learning about Toyota vehicles and our customer focused sales process, and be ready to work hard!  We are an equal opportunity employer but not an equal outcome employer; those who are willing to put in the work will be rewarded with outstanding success!
