Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a rewarding OTR position with competitive pay and quality equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on their location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, there can be occasions requiring two-week stints. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations. This minimizes dock waiting times and enhances operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on their hiring location, with mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base pay is $0.45, $0.50, or $0.55 CPM, plus a potential $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily, our running area is east of I-35, where dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of service. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
