The position is a live‑in role, requiring the counselor to reside on‑site six days a week (excluding Saturdays). Housing and food are fully provided. Dates of Camp: 5/30/2026 - 7/17/2026. Orientation: 5/30/2026. Responsibilities Lead structured activities including teambuilding, outdoor activities, athletics, recreational swimming, art, and music for campers (children and adults). Ensure campers experience success, have fun, make friends, grow self‑confidence, and learn skills that last beyond camp. Compensation Stipend of $3,750 for 7 weeks of work (range $3,750.00 - $3,750.00). Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (required). At least 1 year of related experience preferred but not required. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
