Within our Tax practice, you will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws, reviewing financial data, preparing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimizing risks of non-compliance. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Responsibilities- Leading tax compliance workstreams and managing client expectations effectively- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of tax-related initiatives- Utilizing technical proficiency in tax accounting and regulatory compliance consulting to enhance client service delivery- Reviewing and analyzing financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns- Developing strategies for corporate tax planning and minimizing risks of non-compliance- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across tax services teams- Validating adherence to professional and technical standards within tax frameworks- Identifying opportunities for optimizing tax positions and improving business performanceWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years of experience- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunityWhat Sets You Apart- Excelling in corporate tax planning and regulatory compliance- Demonstrating proficiency in financial statement analysis and tax auditing- Utilizing project management skills to drive successful outcomes- Embracing change and innovation in tax services- Developing skills in drafting and preparing tax documents- Analyzing financial trends to inform strategic tax decisions- Mentoring team members to enhance their professional growthTravel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
