Key Responsibilities

• Issue, manage, and maintain employee and visitor badges.
• Verify visitor access and approvals while adhering to established security protocols.
• Take badge photos and maintain accurate access records.
• Monitor and enforce temporary badge policies and documentation requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between employees, visitors, security personnel, and first responders.
• Triage security and medical situations appropriately and escalate according to procedures.
• Distribute vehicle decals and maintain related records.
• Communicate effectively with security teams, subject matter experts, and emergency personnel.
• Manage front desk operations and act as the primary point of contact for visitors.
• Answer phones, manage emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service and communication-focused roles.
• 3-5 years of experience demonstrating strong observation and situational awareness.
• 5–8 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications and security-related systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and effective during urgent situations.
• Experience supporting visitors, employees, and business stakeholders in a professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in corporate security operations, facilities support, reception, or visitor management environments.
• Experience coordinating with security teams and emergency responders.
