2nd Shift Production Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating production equipment to meet quality and output standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates will have previous machine operation experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications and schedules
• Measure and inspect finished product to ensure it meets tolerances and quality standards
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Monitor equipment and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance
• Load raw materials and manage output, including safe handling of materials
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately document production data and shift reports
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Compensation and Benefits:

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in wire drawing or machine operation preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Basic math and mechanical skills
