???? Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll OwnThis role is the heartbeat of our service operation :
- Answer incoming calls and emails with urgency and professionalism
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently (right tech, right time)
- Troubleshoot basic issues with customers over the phone
- Manage service tickets inside our system (create, update, close)
- Coordinate between customers, technicians, and internal team
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks— you close the loop
- Keep jobs on track and customers informed at all times
- You own problems and don’t pass them off
- You are organized and detail-oriented (nothing slips)
- You communicate clearly and confidently
- You stay calm under pressure and figure things out
- You move with urgency and purpose
- You care about doing the job right—not just getting it done
