???? Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

???? $20–$25/hour + Benefits based on experience and performance

What You’ll Own

This role is the heartbeat of our service operation :

  • Answer incoming calls and emails with urgency and professionalism
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently (right tech, right time)
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with customers over the phone
  • Manage service tickets inside our system (create, update, close)
  • Coordinate between customers, technicians, and internal team
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks— you close the loop
  • Keep jobs on track and customers informed at all times
