Shifts: Monday-Friday, days; Call every 6-7 weeks from 5pm-8am and that weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health for an assignment in the beautiful Franklin, NC area. This is a travel contract role where you will be working within the community, providing personalized care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

Provide home health care services to patients within the Franklin/Macon County area
Address patient needs and provide care coordination in a home setting
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using HCHB system
Ensure patient experience meets standards set by the home health and hospice requirements

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

Home health and hospice experience required
Must have reliable vehicle for patient visits
