Medical Laboratory Scientist

Medical Technologist – Bone Marrow Laboratory We are seeking a Medical Technologist to perform diagnostic tests and process procedures in our Bone Marrow Laboratory in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities Self‑motivated and expert critical thinking and problem‑solving skills related to laboratory activities. Perform age‑specific and developmental diagnostic tests and provide staff education related to procedures, results, and troubleshooting. Act as liaison and coordinator of laboratory activities with the medical staff, other departments, and hospital staff. Demonstrate commitment to world‑class standards. Use effective verbal, written, and organizational skills. Provide 24/7 on‑call support. Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or a related field of study. Licensure & Certification Certification with MT ASCP, ABHI, or equivalent is required within six months of hire.
