Responsibilities
- Aid physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular and pulmonary disorders by performing invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests.
- Operate x-ray and physiological equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as directed.
- Maintain equipment and accurately record test results and related documentation.
- Ensure patient safety, adherence to aseptic technique, and proper protocol during imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with the health care team to optimize patient care and accuracy of diagnostic information.

Requirements
- Active radiologic technologist license or eligibility as required by state regulations (as applicable)
- Ability to perform cardiovascular and pulmonary imaging procedures in a hospital setting
- Proficiency in operating x-ray and physiological equipment and maintaining equipment status
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work daytime, 8-hour shifts on a travel assignment
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment
