Assess patients from various age groups using standardized methods and observational techniques.

Design tailored treatment plans that address immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Conduct individualized speech therapy sessions emphasizing communication, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing assistance.

Work closely with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to create integrated care strategies.

Educate patients and their families to maintain progress outside of therapy sessions.

Perform occasional inpatient assessments and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Document patient interactions accurately and promptly, in line with applicable guidelines.

Engage in continuous professional development to remain abreast of industry advancements.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for all age groups, coupled with a deep knowledge of both developmental and acquired impairments in speech, language, and swallowing.

Exceptional communication skills, effectively engaging with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Adept at customizing therapeutic approaches to embrace various cultural and language backgrounds.

Excellent clinical reasoning and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and regulatory documentation requirements.
