Assistant Branch ManagerLooking for a career in the financial field?Our client is actively seeking an assistant branch manager for their local financial management company in the Baton Rouge area. This position will be responsible for helping drive revenue growth, coach team members, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Our client is offering a full-time career role, paying in the range of $20-$21 per hour with 100%-paid health benefits. The company is willing to train candidates who show a business-minded focus and a clear history in administrative roles.Position Responsibilities:Manage daily cash flow, vault security, and transaction accuracyDrive branch growth with sales strategies and consumer loansGenerate invoices for client servicesMaintain compliance with lending and banking regulations including assisting with auditsPerform collections calls including providing loan notices to clientsAssist in training new hiresProvide general assistance with all financial activities with exceptional customer serviceQualifications:Bachelor's or Associate's degree in finance, management, accounting, or other related business fields is strongly preferredPrevious banking or financial management experience is strongly desiredMust have a strong business acumen and forward-thinking capabilitiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsSecure your future today!
