Director of Operations

Earn $100K–$150K with profit share as the Director of Operations of Simple Lawns & Landscape Design, where you’ll drive operations, unify the leadership team, and turn big-picture ideas into measurable results. Compensation Breakdown: Annual Range: Base Pay of $100-130k based on experience Performance Bonuses: Eligible after 6 months, with the opportunity to earn an additional $50–$70k+ annually based on company and individual performance.
