Project Manager - Building Landmark Projects

Project Manager
Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout. Develop budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts. Lead subcontractor bidding, buyout, and contract negotiation. Coordinate field teams to ensure safety, quality, and delivery. Build client relationships and support new business efforts.

A successful Project Manager should have:
- 9+ years' construction project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience across healthcare, industrial, or education projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented leader
Salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 130,000 annually. 3-4 weeks PTO + strong medical and loan assistance. $875/month vehicle allowance + relocation support. Clear progression to Senior PM, PX, and Director roles.
