Real Estate Midlevel/Senior Associate

The ideal mid‑level to senior associate will have 3 to 8 years of experience advising clients on the purchase, sale, and financing of real‑estate assets, and additional experience with real‑estate due diligence, leasing transactions, development, and joint ventures. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers across our U.S. Real Estate platform, receiving active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Self‑starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service are essential. Responsibilities Advise clients on the purchase, sale, and financing of real‑estate assets. Conduct real‑estate due diligence, including reviewing physical, financial, and regulatory aspects. Draft, negotiate, and review leasing transactions and development agreements. Assist in structuring joint‑venture partnerships and other complex arrangements. Collaborate with senior attorneys to provide high‑quality client service and develop practice expertise. Qualifications 3–8 years of experience in real‑estate transactions (purchase, sale, financing). Experience with real‑estate due diligence, leasing, development, and joint‑ventures. Prior practice at a sophisticated law firm is preferred. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.
