Midlevel to Senior Real Estate Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a midlevel to senior real estate associate in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have three to eight years of experience advising clients on real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, and financing, as well as due diligence, leasing, development, and joint ventures. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm is preferred. Duties Advise clients on real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, and financing. Conduct real estate due diligence and manage leasing transactions. Participate in development projects and joint ventures. Collaborate with experienced lawyers across the US Real Estate platform. Provide high-quality client service and assume increasing responsibility. Requirements Three to eight years of relevant real estate experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to waive in. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
