About Us: California Hand Wash is a full-service hand car wash, featuring a conveyor driven tunnel hand wash, ceramic coating services and professional detail center. California Hand Wash is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Position Overview: The purpose of the Car Wash Supervisor is to lead and develop a team dedicated to delivering clean, dry, and shiny vehicles to customers in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the quality of the wash by monitoring processes and addressing any issues promptly.
- Team Development: Develop the skills and capabilities of the location team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
Key Activities:
- Employee Management: Mentor, redirect, and coach employees to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain quality control of vehicles coming out of the bay, intervening as needed to address any issues.
- Hands-on Support: Provide hands-on support as needed, including assisting in quality control and production of cars.
- Traffic Management: Maintain proper stacking of cars in lanes and ensure efficient flow through the wash process.
- Team Optimization: Adjust team size and assignments as needed to match volume and optimize efficiency.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure all cars are delivered to the quality control area promptly, only when fully finished and ready to present to the customer.
