- Lead and inspire members through predesigned, high-energy group workouts
- Provide expert form correction and exercise modifications for all levels
- Maintain strong member relationships to foster motivation, consistency, and community
- Represent Uforce’s culture of positivity, progress, and performance
- Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, PTA Global, or NSCA)
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
